Billing and available features can vary by Dawn plan and organisation. Your administrator can confirm the plan, manage billing contacts, and help you understand usage for your workspace.

What to review

When planning or reviewing your subscription, consider:

• The number of people and workspaces that need access
• The data sources and integrations you need to connect
• The volume and frequency of data refreshes
• The analytics assets and recurring jobs your team plans to run
• Support, security, and governance requirements

Keep ownership clear

Choose a billing owner and a technical owner for the organisation. The billing owner manages subscription and invoice conversations; the technical owner understands data connections, usage patterns, and planned changes.
